Refund and Cancellation Policy
Vidya Plus is primarily concerned with 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services in any way, we will return your money if the reasons are real and can be proven following an investigation. Before using the services, please read the fine print of each deal. Clients have the option to discontinue their services and obtain a refund if they are dissatisfied with our services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy of Vidya Plus are as follows:
Cancellation Policy
Our top concern is customer satisfaction. If we fail to offer services despite the client has paid for the service, the customer must notify us within 24 hours. We will not be liable to cancel the service if the consumer changes his or her mind about the services purchased. If a consumer requests that the service be delayed, we will keep the fees paid to the department in question. We reserve the right to make every effort to complete the service before processing any refund. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% plus any earned fees plus any fees paid to the government or a third party.
Refund Policy
Vidya Plus will only refund your money if we are unable to offer service to our customers. The applicant must submit an application via email to [email protected]. Because of the time and energy committed by our workforce for their work done, which is not returnable, a refund will not be offered to the user once it has been earned by the company. Basically, all processing expenses, payment gateway fees, admin fees, and resource costs for the task will be subtracted. In addition, we are unable to reimburse any funds paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties involved in the processing of your purchase.
Force Majeure
Vidya Plus will not be considered if there is a breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, the act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
